YOUTH FESTIVAL 2012
Youth Festival was conducted on 13th and 14th September 2012 in all sections of the school, inorder to groom the artistic talents of the youngsters. The formal inauguration was done by U. Unnikrishnan, Principal, Raja Ravi Varma College, Mavelikara.

SPORTS & GAMES ACHIEVEMENTS
1. In the Volley Ball Tournament conducted by the Association of All Kerala ICSE Schools, our Junior team emerged as the winner and senior team Runner Up. Mahesh of the Senior team got the "Best Player" award.
2. Mobin Sam of class x won first prize in long jump in the Inter School Athletic Meet held at K.E School Mannanam.
3. Our School won the "Runner Up" position in the Inter School Athletic Meet organised by the Association of CSI Self financing Schools at Baker Vidyapeedh, Kottayam.
4. Bishop Moore Vidyapith adds one more feather to its cap by winning the Runners-Up in the league Match-2012 conducted by the Cricket Association of Kerala.
5. Students of Higher Secondary Section participated in a few track and field events at the sub district level and secured 1st,2nd and 3rd places.
LITERARY AND CULTURAL ACTIVITIES ACHIEVEMENTS
1. Christie George Joseph of class XII represented the school in the elocution competition held at Don Bosco School, Vaduthala, Cochin and secured the 1st place with a cash prize of Rs.1000/- and ever rolling trophy.
2. Our school team consisting of K.R Aditya, Mathew John and Niveth J competed in the Quiz competition “Master mind” organized by UNI-Y YMCA and won the second prize with a cash award of Rs.5000/- and medals.
3. Our students participated in the youth festival conducted by All Kerala ICSE/ISC Schools’ Federation at Alphonsa School, Bharananganam.
Christie George Joseph of class XII got 1st prize in Declamation and was selected for the competition at national level. Milan Joseph of class XI and Suzzane M. George of class X won 2nd and 3rd positions respectively in English Light Music competition. Our team got 2nd prize in Malayalam group song also.
4. The students of our school won six prizes in the Literary competitions conducted by the Rotary Club, Mavelikara.
5. Shilpa Mary Saimon of class X won 3rd prize in the elocution competition conducted by senior Citizens of Mavelikara.
6. Namitha Sheba Mathew of class IX won first prize in the Rev. T.V Thomas Memorial elocution competition conducted by the Bible Society of India at Peet Memorial Training College, Mavelikara.
7. Sherin Mariam Rajan of class XII and Sheethal Elizabeth Shaji of class X secured 3rd position in the Bible Quiz conducted by Bible Society of India.
8. Christie George Joseph and Vishnu S. Nair of Class XII secured 2nd position in the All Kerala Inter School Debate conducted by Sacred Heart School and Junior College, Chenganacherry, and Christie George Joseph is declared the “Best Supporter”.
9. Our High School Section represented by Aswin Jayakumar and Mathew P. John of Class IX won 1st prize in the Inter School Quiz competition conducted by the Association of CSI Self financing schools at Christ Church Vidyapith, Kodukulanji.
10. Noble Sam Prince of class XII, Aravind Mohan and Athul Krishnan of Class XI won 2nd prize and a cash award of Rs.2000/- in the quiz competition conducted by the Legal Service Authority at the District level. At the Taluk level, they won first prize, and the Higher Secondary Section third prize.
11. Three students of Higher Secondary Section scored ‘A’ Grade in the Work Experience competition held at the Sub District level.
12. In the Youth Festival conducted at the Sub District level Higher Secondary Section of our school was placed at the 3rd position and our students bagged 10 First prizes with ‘A’ Grade in each.
